- Completed a study to find out the reason for consistent high humidity in the administrative offices averaging 75% relative humidity. Completed cooling load analysis discovering an original design flaw that caused the spaced to be over cooled. Provided scope of work that will adjust the system parameters via testing and balancing and will result in an average humidity level below 60% as required by AHSRAE STD 62.

- Conducted energy audit to 15 acre facility including, 18,300 sf hangar, multiple Admin buildings 9400 and naval maintenance facilities. Exchange 30,900 sf , windjammer 2,200, planning 1552.
